How can you tracking shipping?
Once you place an order you will receive a tracking code and a url where you can put the code into to track your order.

How to redeem coupon codes?
When you are in the checkout page you can apply the discount code on the right side of the page in a small rectangle where it say "Discount Code".

How can you contact us?
At the bottom of the page you can click on the "contact us" tab where you will land onto a page where you enter your name, email and a message of what you'd like to contact us for.

How they could unsubscribe from emails and text messages?
You can unsubscribe from our emails by opening up any of the emails sent from us and at the bottom of the email you can click on unsubscribe. To stop receiving text messages from us you can message STOP to any of our text messages to opt out.

How to cancel my order?
For cancelation request, kindly send us a message within 24 hours upon date of purchase for us to cancel accordingly. Failure to do so, we will continue and process your order as normal.

How long is delivery?

Our head office is located in Australia and we have warehouses based around the world depending on demands and supplies to better accommodate our customers worldwide.

Our typical store orders are designed to be delivered within 2-3 days. However, due to a significant increase in orders, our processing time may extend to 7-15 days from the date of purchase.

Our shipping period usually takes 15-20 days upon completion of your music chest. This may still vary depending on location and carrier provider.
